Our family has tried to always take part in serving the community. Putting on this Christmas Breakfast has become one of our favorite ways to do that. In 1993, dad, Bill, and oldest son, Brett, created this event as his Eagle Scout service project. With the help from our large family, and the generosity of many friends, the event was a great success. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to make it an annual tradition, and every Christmas morning since our family has started our holiday by serving breakfast to the senior citizen residents of Woodhill Towers.

The event has become more than a family affair with not only aunts uncles and cousins pitching in, but just as many friends pitching in to help make this event possible. Many have come to now make it a part of their family tradition. At the event, we show up early Christmas morning and begin prepping for a morning of serving pancakes, giving gifts, and most importantly spending time with the senior citizens.
